Disseration Blog #1 – One Step Closer to Dissertation 1

This blog is for my dissertation concept.. As a part of our immersion, Dr Ruji P. Medina requires us also to have a separate blog for our dissertation. I still remember when I enrolled in the Doctor in Information Technology Program at the TIP you need to pass concept paper together with all the requirements needed for me to enroll.   The paper that I have submitted is related to the area of Network Security.   For now I’m deciding that the paper that I have submitted to one of my professor in the DIT program to continue what I have started on that research with the use of image processing on the counting of silkworm egg. I have read also some of the reviews I have incorporated on that research. On the other hand, one of the staff suggested that if I can also consider the use of image processing in detecting the fertility of egg through the use of other algorithm. Immersion Blog # 5 - Its Final...

For this week May 22 - 26, its final.. I have learned so much in my Industry Immersion under the supervision of my mentor Sir Samuel.  As scheduled on my immersion blueprint it is the week of making of the research compendium of all the previous research papers submitted and immersion portfolio and wait for the immersion grade when all the requirements are submitted.   For this week i want to thank again the the persons who helped me a lot in my immersion. I have learned and gained so much knowledge from the people who helped especially to my mentor Sir Samuel.  This immersion is an addition to my experience that can mold me up to become a professional.   Moreover, having a mentor who is understanding  and supportive is a great help to students like me to become more productive in study. Immersion Blog # 4 - Almost Final...

This week May 15 - 19, 2017. This is my fourth blog. This blog is about my immersion at the Municipality of Bacnotan at the Municipal Agriculture Office, Bacnotan, La Union. This relates about my involvement while doing my immersion as a Doctorate student at TIP Quezon City taking up Doctor in Information Technology. I have met some of the persons whom I can ask also for the assistance while I'm doing my research study.   This week also i have presented my study to my mentor sir Samuel for the revisions and adding some important things that will be included on my study. And its the time of the presentation of the developed system "Farmers Profile Information System".
